Refund Policy
First Pair Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer our First Pair Promise:
- Within 30 days of purchase, you can receive a full refund on your first pair of briefs, whether they've been worn or not
- You keep the boxer briefs - no return shipping necessary
- This offer is redeemable once per customer
- For multiple pair purchases:
- One pair is eligible for the First Pair Promise (keep the pair and get a full refund)
- Additional pairs must be returned unopened in original packaging for a full refund
Standard Returns
Our standard return policy applies to all other purchases and lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of boxer briefs that have been worn (except under First Pair Promise)
- For multiple pair purchases, pairs not covered by the First Pair Promise must be returned unopened in their original packaging for a full refund

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bolster.fit
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@bolster.fit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed about your return.
Shipping
For standard returns (items not covered by First Pair Promise):
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
- If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
